Please do not submit repeat tickets. 

Submission of repeat tickets only increases our backlog and does not get your ticket reviewed faster. Manual effort must be expended to identify, match, and consolidate tickets to ensure the issue has been addressed. 

Repeat submission needlessly slows resolution not only of your ticket, but of all other outstanding tickets.

In case you haven't gotten a reply or if one of your tickets was closed but hasn't been fully resolved, feel free to send a followup message to that same ticket. This reopens closed tickets and sends a new notification to our agents.
